A common question yoga practitioner's ask me weekly,
"What Yoga Teacher Training should I do"
Then the following line is… "I’m not ready. I need at least another year of practice…"
So here it is... if you have a regular yoga practice and you have the thirst to drop deeper into your own journey, guess what. You are ready!
Lao Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step” …
So, all you need to do is take that step. Fear is our biggest hang-up, but as you face your fears, you stretch your limitations and go beyond what you thought was possible.
We all have our habitual patterns - me included! By ripping these away and stepping into the unknown we become seen, raw, and vulnerable! The most beautiful space where we expand our edges, create space for the new, and stand humbled by the process.
If you have a teacher you love, join their Yoga Teacher Training. If you don’t, then join a Yoga Teacher Training in a style of yoga that you love to practice. This is where your soul will be set on fire, your creativity will react and flow into openness…
Just because you join a Yoga Teacher Training doesn’t mean you HAVE to or NEED to teach. Your path is your path, and it will flow exactly as it needs to - you just do you and hold faith in exactly that. Don’t put expectations on yourself or what’s next? Just open yourself up to the endless possibilities that life offers. Say "Yes"!
“Faith - Is taking the first step, even when you can’t see the whole staircase”
~Martin Luther King Jr~
