Let's enjoy 7 days together of Yoga & Meditation in the perfect beachside Talalla Retreat. I cannot wait to share with you the beautiful panoramic views of the ocean, the feeling of the fresh sea breeze and getting lost watching the mesmerising sunsets.
The beauty of this retreat is that you get to create your own schedule by deciding how much yoga and meditation you want to do! This way, you’ll also have enough time to relax, spoil yourself and do all the other amazing things that want to do.
Optional 30hr Yoga Teacher Training
The Yoga Teacher Training component of the retreat is optional for guests who have completed their 200hr Yoga Teacher certification. I will guide you through my Mandala flow’s and break them down so you can learn how to structure your own flows and help inspire your own sequencing creativity. The teacher training will be held throughout the day as lectures in our beautiful open shala.
