Invigorate your body & mind amidst the medicine it needs with this Vinyasa Series. Through practicing restorative flows alongside our pranayama (breath work), we will be utilising and uniting the body, breath and mind for a total tonic experience.
Included in this series are 5 classes, taught by myself. These classes are
a variety of times to suit your daily routine.
