I'm sooo excited for this invite-only, intimate month-long online event. As a small group, we will immerse ourselves into yogic philosophy and practices in order to manifest our year ahead.
 
For 90 minutes every Saturday, we will all gather online to discuss, practice and utilise sacred yogic traditions and philosophies to visualise and plan our year ahead. In between, you will have worksheets to help you continue practices from previous sessions, and prepare for the next. This exclusive event is for 10 people only for an intimate experience, and only for those ready to dive in and commit.
