While external practices deal with the outside distractions, this 90-minute live workshop looks at our internal practices "Antaranga sādhanā" that manage the daily fluctuations of our mind. The mind slows through the practice of concentration (Dharana). This then deepens through meditation (Dhyana), where the mind is quietened and stillness is found.
