Course - Discovering the Chakras
In this intensive course, I will be teaching you about one of my most passionate topics - the chakras! Through pre-recorded classes, I will guide you through a discussion on the basics and significance of each chakra. We will explore techniques to activate these areas, including meditation, pranayama, asana and some other holistic channels to balance your energy centres.

To complete this course there will be some homework and at-home activities so you finish the course with a full understanding.

Explore the traditional Chinese Meridians through the deep practice of Yin Yoga. In this series, allow me to take you on a journey through the most subtle parts of you, your meridians. This practice will invite you to connect with your body and find sweet stillness in the depth of your postures.
