Practice

Yoga is a lifestyle that requires dedication on all levels.

Because of this, you can practice with me in my Yoga Intensives, dedicating time to yourself through practice on your mat. Intensives are a closed group that are held in different locations, that offer us our cocoon environment.

Next Intensive Begins August 2025
Join the next Intensive

What is an intensive? An intensive is a committed practice for a set time frame. All intensives are pre-booked, do not just show up. Drop-in classes are available at any studio, I offer a more defined and intimate practice for you on your mat, it's a completely different experience to what you will receive in general yoga classes.

Can anyone join? Yes! All sessions are open to everyone, beginners to advanced practitioners. The Intensives are especially good for beginners or newer practitioners as the practice will set you up with solid Asana foundations.

Are Intensives a led practice? Most sessions are led, with some sessions gifting you space for self-practice, I will offer adjustments and one to one mentoring throughout each session you attend, so you are never alone.

Why Morning Sadhana? Morning Sadhana (practice) is known as the ‘Brahma muhurta’ this translates to ‘time of Brahma’ (sacred time/time of divinity/the creator's time). It is the earliest part of the morning, just before sunrise, when our prana or life force energy is considered to be at its strongest.
