Practice What You Preach...

I watch the warmth of the bright orange sun set behind what seems like an invisible sheet hanging in the sky over the city of Kuwait, but it's the clouds so far off in the distance hidden by the haze of the beautiful arid desert....

My chai is warm on my lips and spicy on my tongue, it feeds my soul a space of calm in what seems to be an intense space during this new moon...

My physical body proving it holds emotions of the past as it does not allow me to practice as I am used to but rather seems like a stiff concrete block I'm trying to hammer away at, so I sit with the sunset and allow my mantra to fill my mind, body and soul to release my old and make room for my new...

The hue of the sky has changed to the beautiful vibrant colour of intuition... Flashes of violet through the third eye as I see clearly the candle that burns bright in my heart and all of a sudden with tears that roll down my cheeks it's here that I process still, the things of my past to not carry heavy bags into the future...

I fall, I rise, I make mistakes, I live, I learn, I've been hurt, but I'm alive, I'm human, I'm not perfect, but I'm thankful ~Unknown~
