Salmon with Steamed Vegetables

Help feed your inner-embers with this perfect Fire Element dish. If you are vegetarian or vegan, you an subsitute the salmon with tofus - just as delicious and fuelling for your fire! Add steamed veggies on the side and you've got one of my favourite dishes!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
​Cook Time: 30 minutes
​Total Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients

 -A protein of choice: I recommend a large piece of salmon Steak or tofu

- 1 lemon sliced

- Salt & pepper to taste

- Spices (optional)

- 1 tbsp olive oil 

- An assortment of vegetables for steaming: I recommend greens such as French beans, chard, spinach with some tomatoes mixed in

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180’C.
  2. Place salmon /tofu piece in a large piece of foil (enough to wrap around)
  3. Add slices of lemon, drizzle the olive oil, salt and pepper, and spices if using. Wrap up completely to not let air in. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile on stovetop, using a steamer, steam vegetables until tender
