Reinspire your yoga classes with a Refresher Teacher Training


For so many yoga teachers, their 200hr YTT experience holds a dear space in their hearts. However, over time, some of the key teachings can disintegrate or get overlooked as we fall into safe patterns and routines. Break the cycle by joining me at The Open Mind Space in Newcastle, Australia to revisit and refresh yourself on the core topics in a 40hr Refresher Teacher Training. 
Over two weekends, we will be focussing on Asana sequencing, sadhana as well as teaching and methodology practice. I will also be briefly touching on philosophy, specifically chakras through Asana sequencing. By reimmersing yourself into the key areas of yoga teaching, you will reinvigorate your yoga classes and reinspire your students with fresh knowledge and creativity.

6am - 8am - Sadhana 
8am - 8.30am - Mantra/Sutra’s/Svadhyaya 
8.30 - 9.30am Breakfast 
9.30am - 12.30pm - Theory
12.30pm - 1.30pm - Lunch 
1.30pm - 3.30pm - Theory
3.30pm - 5.45pm - Sadhana 
6.00pm - Close

I went on one of her yoga retreats in Morocco. Although I am fit and do pilates, this was my first ever taste of yoga. I loved it – and I’m sure that’s largely down to her teaching. I loved working on individual positions as well as the, quite frankly, addictive vinyasa flow sequences. She was very attentive to the beginners in our group and I never felt out of my depth, but at the same time I know she catered for the advanced yogis too, always providing different options.
