Red Beet, Apple & Carrot Smoothie
Enjoy this delicious, cleansing and healthy beet smoothie. It's clean and easy to make for a quick snack any time of the day!

Ingredients

1 medium red beet, trimmed, peeled, and cut into small chunks

1 large green apple, cored and cut into small chunks

1 orange, juiced

3 carrots, ends trimmed and cut up small

1 cup cold water
-
1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
Instructions

Roughly chop beet, apple, carrots, and ginger.

Juice orange.

Place all ingredients into high power blender, blend for 1-2 minutes.

Pour into your glass and enjoy
