Red Beet, Apple & Carrot Smoothie

Enjoy this delicious, cleansing and healthy ​beet smoothie. It's clean and easy to make for a quick snack any time of the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red beet, trimmed, peeled, and cut into small chunks
  • 1 large green apple, cored and cut into small chunks
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 3 carrots, ends trimmed and cut up small
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
Instructions
  1. Roughly chop beet, apple, carrots, and ginger.
  2. Juice orange.
  3. Place all ingredients into high power blender, blend for 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Pour into your glass and enjoy
